**About the role**:
Outstanding opportunity to become a personal care worker providing quality care services to clients needing support in their own homes in
**Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, including Hawthorn, Boxhill, Doncaster, Glen Waverley, Templestowe, Blackburn and Ringwood.**

**Tasks include**:

- Personal care and general household duties to ensure the client receives the most extraordinary care
- Observe client's wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancements.
- Be proactive with our clients' needs
- Maintaining records and continuous communicating with our excellent client services staff
- Participate in client reviews and work with the client's family to honor client requests

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for an empathetic Personal Care Attendant who can inspire others, build relationships, and make a real difference. Perfect for those with experience in aged care, dementia, disability, palliative care, post-acute care, and/or mental health.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care
- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
- Valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle would be preferred
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain
- Please note: Applicants require a current driver's license, a reliable roadworthy vehicle and full comprehensive car insurance. Our recruitment process requires to you hold a clear NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, through your relevant state government agency.
