Pest Control Service Technician

What we need from you:Carry out pest control Jobbing work including general pest treatments, bird work and Pre-construction termitesWillingness to work in a wide range of environments in all weathersComfortable working at heightsExcellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationshipsCommunicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writingPhysically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distancesHigh attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targetsAn ability to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parametersConfident using a mobile phone service app/tabletThe ability to successfully acquire a Working with Children CheckEscalate problems to Local Service Manager or Operations Manager where appropriateRequirements:Pest Management Licence and 3+ years experience in the Pest Management industry OR willingness and aptitude to undertake studies and training to obtain Pest qualificationFull Australian Drivers licence with a minimum 3 year driving historyAbility to build customer relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication skills as well as numeracy skillsAbility to work autonomouslyThe successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as background checks.The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, our customers and our communities are priorities for us, and given that most of our roles are customer facing roles, we insist on full vaccination (including booster) by all our colleagues against COVID-19.If you are ready for the next step in your career or wanting a new challenge APPLY NOW
