Trainee/Qualified Pest Control Service Technician

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to join our team as a Pest Control Technician on a full-time, permanent basis. The position is based at our Perth depot, servicing clients across Perth and the WA region.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform pest control treatments including general pest, bird work, and pre-construction termite treatments.
  2. Work in diverse environments and weather conditions.
  3. Work at heights and maintain high safety standards.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing.
  6. Work independently and drive long distances as required.
  7. Maintain attention to detail to meet standards and targets.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols of clients and Rentokil.
  9. Use mobile applications and tablets confidently.
  10. Obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check.
  11. Escalate issues appropriately to management.
Requirements
  1. Possess a Pest Management Licence and have 3+ years of industry experience or be willing to undertake training to obtain qualifications.
  2. Hold a full Australian driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history.
  3. Strong communication and numeracy skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and build customer relationships.
  5. Pass pre-employment medical, drug, alcohol, and background checks.
  6. Be vaccinated against COVID-19, including a booster dose.
