Aqua Jetty is committed to providing excellent customer service to all patrons during each transaction. Your role at the centre will be to provide assistance to the Assistant Coordinator (Services) in providing high levels of service on the reception desk and merchandise shop.

This role will suit you if you are great with people, have strong time management skills and have the administration skills to match.

It is essential that you have worked with customers in a busy environment and that you have appropriate skills to deal with conflict and general queries, as well as strong skills in using computer programs. A current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate is also essential.

Aqua Jetty operates seven days per week, and staff will need to be available for shifts between the following times:

- Monday - Wednesday 5am - 9pm
- Thursday 5am - 8.30pm
- Friday 5am - 7.30pm
- Saturday and Sunday 6.45am - 7pm

**What we offer**

The Customer Service Officer position offers an hourly rate of $30.19 per hour, plus 25% casual loading of $7.55.
