Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

**The Position**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to take on the role of Customer Service/Liaison Officer. This role will ensure our customers receive a service that is prompt, efficient, reliable and courteous, and which is delivered to a quality level that satisfies or exceeds the customer's requirements.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and maintain excellent customer service relations and profile
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ensure prompt and effective follow up and response to all enquiries
- Arrange for delivery of vehicles efficiently and effectively
- Data entry
- Carry out continuous improvement work process recommendations
- Manoeuvring of new vehicles within the compound

**What you will bring**:

- Manual drivers licence
- Team player with exceptional time management and high attention to detail
- Friendly demeanour with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Customer Service and Administration experience preferred

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working in a similar industry is advantageous
