**About the role**:

- The first point of contact for residents with maintenance queries
- Communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner.
- General Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, and basic carpentry. Ensure a safe environment for residents.
- Gardening: Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas. Create an inviting atmosphere through landscaping.
- Laundry Truck Operations: Drive the laundry truck for scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs. Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness.
- Team Collaboration: Work with management to plan maintenance and gardening activities, address issues, and create a positive work environment.

- Previous maintenance or gardening experience is preferred.
