We are working on behalf of our client a medical supplier based in Villawood (NSW) to fill a Permanent full-time Accounts Coordinator Position,

**Our client**:
One of the leading global healthcare logistics and services providers. An innovative company that is built on trust providing specialised supply chain services for critical hospital and healthcare needs.

**The role**:
You will be managing corporate customer accounts with our small team account of coordinators.

**Key Duties**:

- Manage routine control of all national and international shipments for their portfolio
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with clients.
- Logistics coordination with shipping and suppliers.
- Sales Reporting
- Maintenance of inventory sales

**About you**:

- Relevant working experience in logistics, pharmaceutical distribution or medical manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with various sales and operations teams.
