Our primary focus is to provide exceptional service and a delightful culinary experience to our beloved customers. **The Opportunity**

As a Baker with The Hamptons Bakery, your main responsibilities will be mixing and shaping different sourdoughs daily from scratch, shaping and laminating viennoiserie daily, creating special products weekly, preparing pastry and dessert fillings, checking the quality of ingredients, weighing and measuring ingredients and trouble shooting and adapting. You will be working alongside a talented team of chefs and bakers from all backgrounds who all have a desire and the drive to bake quality products and a genuine passion for their trade.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working within a small team, has great time management and loves hospitality.

You will have at least 2 years' experience as a Baker working with sourdough and be committed to delivering an exceptional product and service. You will also have a minimum of a Cert III or equivalent in Commercial Cookery.

In addition, you will display a passion for the products we make along with creativity and eagerness to learn and showcase your skill set along with:

- Great communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
