We are currently seeking enthusiastic, talented, and hard-working Bakers (either with qualifications or with previous experience working in a bakery) for our Hawthorn Bakers Delight.

At Bakers Delight our Bakers are responsible for:
Assisting in product preparation and baking
Baking and presenting quality products to meet changing customer needs
Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses
Providing delightful customer service when required
Dough making
Oven work
Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS StandardsCustomer service
Ordering stock and stocktake

Passion for baking
Proven baking experience
Ability to work a rotating roster
Reliable transportation
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
