One by Mingara are seeking passionate Group Fitness Instructors to contribute to improvements in balance, flexibility, posture and core strength by leading our customers through world class workouts.
One by Mingara is the gold standard of health and wellness; with our state-of-the-art gym featuring 6 studios and 170 classes per week and our Aquatic Centre boasting an Olympic, hydrotherapy and leisure pool.
Our amazing Aquatics and Fitness team inspire our community to move better, feel better and live life greatly
Opportunity Overview This role will see you front and center, leading the fun and helping our members fall in love with our classes and ultimately fitness
Whether it be delivering transformative Yoga or Pilates classes or improving muscular endurance in Barre, we have the opportunity for you
We're looking for people who have a true passion for their craft and are eager to join our team on a casual or permanent part-time basis.

What You Bring To succeed in this role, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to every session delivering fun, inclusive, jam-packed classes with the ability to maintain high attendance levels.
You will also hold: · Yoga Instructor qualification (200YTT minimum) · Certified Pilates instructor (comprehensive or mat certification) · Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) · Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals · Availability to teach at least two classes on our Group Fit Timetable One by Mingara · A great attitude and sense of humour
The following qualifications are highly desired but not essential: · Current yoga registration (Yoga Australia, Yoga Alliance)Certificate IV in Pilates Matwork and ReformerDiploma of Professional Pilates Instruction If you're ready to thrive within a supportive community of like-minded individuals who share the common goal of empowering people through the love of wellness, then we want to hear from you
