WorkPac is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Varsity Lakes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Completing pre-employment checks (e.g. references, interviews, qualifications)
• High-volume recruitment admin duties (database management & compliance)
• Collaborating with your team and the greater business to achieve goals

In simple terms, as a Recruitment Coordinator, no two days will be the same. This is a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
