We are currently looking for an experienced Medical Workforce Officer who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, to join the friendly and supportive Medical Workforce team. You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player. Come and join our team and the Logan Hospital community
**About You**: You will understand Metro South Health's values, have a genuine desire to join our team and share our purpose to deliver quality healthcare everyday to our community.
**You will have**:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service, with the ability to use your empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
- well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise workloads during busy periods
- capability to work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
