With a focus on delivering technology-driven solutions that create genuine impact, they are committed to fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace where people are empowered to do their best work.The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and collaborative Data Engineer to join our client's Modern Data Community initiative.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging modern AWS analytics tooling to develop curated, reusable data assets that deliver real business value.Why You'll Love It HereFlexible working hours to suit your lifestyle2 days per week in a CBD office with great public transport linksA genuinely friendly, collaborative team cultureOpportunities to grow your skills on modern technology stacksKey ResponsibilitiesData Engineering & Pipelines – Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and related tools.Data Analysis & Insights – Perform SQL-based analysis to extract insights and contribute to AWS QuickSight dashboards.Data Product Development – Design and improve high-quality, reusable data products.Domain-Driven Data Ownership – Work closely with business stakeholders to align data products with key objectives.Modern Data Platform Participation – Leverage a self-serve data platform and support governance standards.What You'll BringStrong experience in data engineering (AWS Glue, Lake Formation, or similar)Proficiency in SQL and data analysisExperience with BI tools such as AWS QuickSight (or similar)Understanding of modern data platform principlesBonus: Familiarity with SageMaker Studio (awareness level)A collaborative mindset and ability to work across technical and business domainsHow to ApplyIf you're ready to step into a role that offers growth, flexibility, and a great team culture, apply now and help shape the future of our client's data capabilities.
