**As ICT Cyber Security Analyst, you will**:

- Perform event correlation, monitoring, research and analysis on enterprise security tools, including SIEM, Antivirus systems and web content filtering to gain situational awareness and determine the effectiveness of an observed security incident.
- Investigate potential security threats, implement mitigations and articulate implications on systems and information assets.
- Prepare and implement processes and solutions, including recommendations for the adoption of security technologies to manage and reduce information security risks.
- Form close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to define security objectives to meet business requirements, including projects where required.
- Conduct research and provide guidance to stakeholders around IT Security industry trends and technology.
- Contribute to the development of strategic project plans and schedules, including the identification of risks, issues and mitigation options.
- Perform vulnerability scans and identify exploits, vulnerabilities, or potential threats through offensive security techniques.
- Implement security remediation tasks to resolve identified issues.
- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Security Baselines, Attack Surface Reduction and Data Loss Prevention within the Microsoft suite and the Azure platform.
- Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour.
