**About the Role**
Become a key player in a major digital transformation for business banking at BOQ Group. Bring your platform lead experience and work with a cross functional group to iterate and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Using customer insights, you will lead the team to use design thinking and be responsible for the product backlog.

As Digital Platform Owner for Business Banking, you be working within the BOQ Group Technology and directly reporting to the Head of Technology, Integration and Business Banking Digital. Your responsibility includes the overall strategy, delivery and maintenance of the following:

- Business Banking Online Banking
- Business Banking Mobile Application
- Temenos Journey Manager
- Other digital assets supporting BOQ Group business banking brands, including BOQ, BOQ Finance and BOQ Specialist

Key responsibilities include:

- Working closely with key stakeholders to collaboratively develop and deliver the product roadmap
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
- Lead product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Lead product team consisting of internal staff, externals consultants and vendor consultants.
- Provide strong vendor management for key digital partners of BOQ.

**About you**
- Considerable experience as a product/platform owner. Can manage and develop a product or service through its full lifecycle to bring value for its customer, having experience ideally in the financial or banking industry
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
- Strong partner management skills and can communicate, sell in and engage a variety of audiences, most notably the software development team.
- Highly empathetic towards customers and can influence product leaders using design thinking to help develop an iterative product roadmap, including new features & regular product releases.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and other collaboration tools
