Analytics Engineering Manager - ANZ Plus
Location; Melbourne/Sydney
Permanent - Full Time/Part Time

This is a people leadership role (up to 5 in a team) with broad responsibilities across many aspects of our data enablement value stream.

What you will contribute to
Define, model and publish data products that will power ANZ Plus, enabling data for key use cases like our new mobile apps (iOS and Android), machine learning models as well as reporting and analytics
Steer the continuous improvement of data assets and governance processes to enable customers to easily access the data they need
Enable and lead a team of analytics engineers to be the most creative and best they can be
Influence our technology provider's product roadmaps to ensure they meet our needs
What will the future look like?
Uncapped opportunities to run data teams and own data models or assets
Continually optimise your data solutions and establish patterns with automated considerations for security and data governance
Through engineering squads, create data transformations and a data ecosystem to provide billions of interactive customer experiences
Build a data mesh to reduce data duplication and promote reuse of data assets across ANZx both within an operational and analytical context
What will you bring?

Cloud based analytics engineering experience, we use GCP and DBT but we're open to your cloud experience
Proven successful implementation of large and complex data solutions
Ability to influence both technical and business peers and stakeholders
Leadership of engineering teams, not just their technical skills, but their careers and ambitions, you're passionate and empathetic
Lead by example - jump on the tools when required to support the team
