Health Information Services Officer - Part-time 22-24 hours a week

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Health Information Services Officer to join our Health Information Service team.
As a Health Information Services Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Medical record retrieval
Provision of health information to internal and external clients
Filing of paperwork and medical records
Managing the day-to-day functionality of the Health Information Service Department
Participating in performance improvement activities
Culling of medical records
The Geelong Clinic is a 73-bed Psychiatric Hospital offering inpatient, day programs, and outreach services for individuals experiencing mental health problems.
Located on the outskirts of Geelong, near spectacular coastal attractions, the clinic has a team of accredited Psychiatrists supported by nursing, allied health, administration, and domestic staff.
Onsite parking is available.

Essential Criteria:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
Ability to meet deadlines
Desirable Criteria:
Experience with the WebPAS patient information system
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
