Our client who is a well known Education provider is currently on the lookout for an experienced Change and Communications Manager to work on a multi-year digital transformation program.
Prior experience leading change and comms projects in the education sector is mandatory in this instance
.
Requirements And Responsibilities
5+ years working as a Change and Communications Manager
Any change management certification is highly regarded
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational shifts.
Design and execute communication plans that support change initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency
Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive change efforts effectively.
Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, or Prosci methodology
