We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive team member to join our vibrant Inventory Purchasing team.
As an Inventory Purchasing Officer, you will play a key role in providing efficient and effective purchasing services for the business.

Responsibilities
Purchase materials, equipment and/or supplies at the best price in accordance with purchasing guidelines
Monitor company purchase orders to ensure orders comply with company policies and procedures in regard to authorisation levels
Raise purchase orders ensuring orders are confirmed and supplies arrive on site, on time and in full
Ensure pricing in purchasing system is correct for items purchased
Liaise with suppliers regarding ordering, quoting, invoicing, timings and quality
Review and process all invoicing queries and discrepancies
Run and review daily spreadsheet reports for ordering requirements
Maintain stock buffer levels in line with Materials Requirements Plan
Maintain all purchasing records
Perform Inventory and Purchasing daily administration tasks
Establish effective working relationship with suppliers
Skills and Experience
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Experience with purchasing applications and MSOffice
Strong customer service skills
You will be an energetic and proactive team player with a can do attitude.
