Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Specialist to join our special aged care community. Our organisation has been providing quality care and support to communities since 1935, with over 20 locations across the state.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment with staff, residents, stakeholders, and families to deliver exceptional patient care.

About This Role:

  • Develop strong relationships with team members, residents, and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant funding and accreditation standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to the nursing team to promote high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation to inform future care decisions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Hold current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (Nursing).
  • Possess minimum two years of experience working in aged care.
  • Demonstrate expertise in wound management and clinical documentation.
