ABOUT THE BUSINESS

Vivid Property Services is the commercial cleaning specialist that Australian facility managers and procurement managers trust to meet their cleanliness and hygiene standards.This is an exciting opportunity for a current **Area Support Manager or Supervisor **to join a growing and innovative company, to expand and further develop their career.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Train, mentor and supervise cleaning staff across multiple sites.
- Maintain a network of employees and suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery across allocated area.
- Identify any problem areas and develop, implement, and monitor appropriate strategies to address these issues.
- Manage work orders, work requests, supply ordering, labour scheduling and implement cost savings measures.
- Ensure Quality Assurance and WHS compliance.
- Manage chemical stock levels, equipment, and machinery operations.
- Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Maintain and continually build on client relationships.
- Monitoring and reporting on service and compliance status and issues.
- Performing periodical works when needed.
- Ensure CleanTrak compliance

**Please note the successful applicant is required to hold a current Australian Drivers Licence**

- Acts as a role model pursues safety for a positive WHS culture; encourage others to do the same.
- Report WHS Issues, concerns, breaches, and incidents to Regional Manager and WHS Manager
