The role offers a unique opportunity to influence data use and member operations, champion data governance, and promote data literacy across the organization.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring, and developing the team of analysts to deliver high-quality data assets.
Fostering a high-performing culture, driving continuous improvement, and automating processes where possible.
Supporting ongoing learning and development for the team, optimizing technical skills across tools.
Developing reusable data assets with strong data management.
Collaborating with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into data and analytics deliverables, aligning with business goals.
Engaging stakeholders across levels to understand expected outcomes and articulate benefits of data deliverables.
Managing the team pipeline and prioritizing work based on business outcomes.
Working with technology partners for data asset delivery.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Solid management experience in data analytics, with experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading change.
Strong technical skills in data analysis (SQL, Python, R or similar).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent leadership and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Strong communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving focused on delivering business value through data.
Experience in leading teams to develop efficient operating models; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
