At **Animal Emergency Services Underwood**, we are dedicated to world-class emergency veterinary care and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a Full Time **Client Care Manager** to lead our Client Care Representative (CCR) team and enhance the client experience.

As a **Client Care Manager**, you will ensure smooth reception and client services while driving excellence in customer experience. You will lead and develop a high-performing CCR team and optimise operations to support hospital efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor the CCR team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage rosters and ensure seamless day-to-day client interactions.
- Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Oversee administrative functions, financial transactions, and software systems.
