**About the Role**:
Reporting to the National Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all workflow and support activities for the Estimating department.
Key accountabilities include:
- Triage and manage all Estimating activities nationally to ensure prioritisation of workload and efficient use of Estimating resources.
- Plan and schedule Estimating activities to meet project lead times.
- Deliver accurate and efficient document management.
- Provide general assistance to the Estimating team to maintain customer service levels.
Ideally you will have / be:
- Technical knowledge (Industry or trade experience) an advantage, or the capability and willingness to learn the Technical aspects of the role.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate and schedule activities (highly regarded)
- Process and systems minded
- Solid computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high attention to detail, accuracy, and an ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
