You have
Startup DNA: You\'re adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to learn how to scale systems alongside rapid growth.
Strong educational foundation: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.
Learning mindset: You\'re eager to dive deep into our tech stack (Elixir, React/Next.js) and grow your skills with guidance from senior engineers.
Industry curiosity: Interest in FinTech, marketing, or capital markets – or simply excitement to learn about these domains.
A passion for innovation: You love experimenting with new programming languages, best practices, and tackling novel problems alongside AI tools.
