You have
  • Startup DNA: You\'re adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to learn how to scale systems alongside rapid growth.
  • Strong educational foundation: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Learning mindset: You\'re eager to dive deep into our tech stack (Elixir, React/Next.js) and grow your skills with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Industry curiosity: Interest in FinTech, marketing, or capital markets – or simply excitement to learn about these domains.
  • A passion for innovation: You love experimenting with new programming languages, best practices, and tackling novel problems alongside AI tools.
  • Cloud curiosity: Willingness to learn cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
You will
  • Work closely with senior engineers who are invested in your growth and learning journey.
  • Collaborate inside one of our squads with product manager, designer, and other developers to build products people rave about.
  • Contribute meaningful features to a fast-growing startup where your work directly impacts our clients. Learn to solve real problems that are both technical and commercial, with mentorship every step of the way.
  • Participate in code reviews, learning best practices while contributing your fresh perspective.
  • Explore technical solutions through spikes and experimentation, with senior guidance to ensure we\'re solving our clients\' problems effectively.
  • Receive fortnightly 1-on-1s focused on your career development and ensuring you\'re progressing in the right direction.
