Emeco is seeking someone to lead maintenance scheduling and support equipment reliability across multiple mining sites.
Join a high-performance team and make a tangible impact on equipment performance and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesShutdown Maintenance - Preparation presentation and implementationAlign planning with labour capacity, tooling, and part availability.Coordinate breakdown responses and adjust plans to minimize downtime.Lead weekly and daily maintenance planning meetings with site stakeholders.Monitor completion of plans using Emeco Operating System (EOS) reports.Close out work orders in AMT (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy.What We're Looking ForTrade qualification (preferably in HME); planning/management degree is a bonus.
Otherwise - Experience in this field of work.Experience with CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment in a mining environment.Strong planning and scheduling background using CMMS tools (We use AMT).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.Sound knowledge of mining operations and equipment reliability drivers.Why Emeco?
