**Job Title: Administration Officer**

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland

We are working with a reputable aged care home on the

Gold Coast, Queensland, and they are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage reception duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries
- Process and manage resident admission and discharge paperwork
- Manage resident financial accounts including invoicing, receipts, and payments
- Support and coordinate the administrative needs of the home, including mail and file management, data entry, and office supply orders
- Collaborate with other departments as needed

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within the aged care or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of aged care industry regulations and compliance
