**About the Job**

As part of our diversification strategy, we are looking for someone who has operated within the Oil & Gas, Renewables, Construction, and Mining industries. Your ability to build relationships and identify talent for roles will be critical for your success. You will have the ability to back yourself, work autonomously and thrive within a cross-functional team environment.

Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will not be limited to the following:

- Business Development of new clients
- End-to-end recruitment
- Conducting interviews
- Conducting Reference checks
- Assisting the Harness team to move into a proactive recruitment space

**Skills and Experience**
To be considered for the role, you will have:

- 3 + years' experience as a 360 Recruiter within a similar industry
- Understanding of legal frameworks, contracts, and Industrial Relations
- Innate ability to build long-standing relationships in a competitive employment environment.
