OverviewWood is currently seeking expressions of interest for a driven and ambitious Project Manager to manage the delivery of a major capital works program in Laverton, Victoria.What You Will DoProject manage or provide project engineering support to deliver EPC/EPCM projects from project scoping and initiation, front end design, through detailed design, procurement, construction, hand over and close-outManage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budgetOversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and risk managementEnsure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standardsFoster a culture of safe delivery, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaborationQualificationsMinimum 12 years direct experience managing projects on major hazards facilities (MHF)A safety leader with demonstrable experience of embedding safety considerations into all phases of a projectProven experience in managing capital projects in the chemicals / agricultural sectorsDemonstrated project delivery skills necessary to initiate and lead project packages, develop design / implementation schedules, execution methodologies and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team and the clientHands-on and performance driven Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a live operational environmentExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oralTertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related disciplinePMP or equivalent certification highly regardedMust be available to work onsite in Laverton, VictoriaWhat We OfferMeaningful and interesting projectsFlexible working arrangementsCommitment to Diversity and InclusionCompetitive remuneration packageFlexible benefitsCommitment to continued professional developmentGlobal connectionsAbout UsWood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
