Our team works on improving customer journeys across all stages of the insurance lifecycle, leveraging data insights, automation, and AI/ML to drive value and scale in Australia and overseas.The Role:We are seeking a talented ML/AI Engineer to join our high-growth technology initiative.
You will work within the data science team, collaborating with various departments to develop and deploy resilient AI and ML solutions that enhance our business operations.Roles and Responsibilities:Partner with Data Scientists to operationalize ML models and develop AI-powered processes, including risk assessment, claims automation, and customer solutions.Manage CI/CD processes for AI/ML systems to ensure reliable and rapid deployment.Deploy and integrate foundation models, including large language models (LLMs), into business applications.Collaborate across teams to ensure AI products seamlessly integrate with existing systems.Evaluate and fine-tune AI/ML models based on real-world feedback and requirements.Your Experience:1-2 years of experience in AI and MLOps, with a focus on deploying models in production environments.Proficiency in Python and experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, or Docker.Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with multi-agent frameworks involving voice and conversational AI is advantageous but not mandatory.Stay current with emerging AI and LLM developments and suggest innovative enhancements.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.Additional Details:Hybrid work model: up to 3 days remote, at least 2 days in Sydney CBD office.Enjoy a dynamic team culture, quarterly recognition, business casual dress, employee incentives, and growth opportunities.
