The team aims to enhance customer journeys across the insurance lifecycle by leveraging data insights, automating decisions with AI and machine learning, and supporting strategic growth in Australia and overseas.
The Role: We are seeking a talented ML/AI Engineer to join our high-growth technology initiative.
You will work within the data science team, collaborating with various departments to develop and operationalize robust AI and ML solutions that support business processes such as risk assessment, claims automation, and customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with Data Scientists to deploy ML models and develop AI-driven processes for business applications.
Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployment and iteration of AI/ML systems.
Deploy and integrate foundation models, including large language models (LLMs), into business applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
Evaluate and fine-tune AI/ML models based on real-world data and feedback.
Your Experience:1-2 years of experience in AI and MLOps, focusing on deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, or Docker.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with multi-agent frameworks involving voice and conversational AI is a plus.
Stay updated with emerging AI and LLM developments and propose innovative solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
