We are seeking a motivated and experiencedLicensed Property Managerto manage the day-to-day operations of a high-performing 4.5-star self-contained apartment complex in the heart of Forster, NSW.
This role is ideal for someone with strong operational, customer service, and compliance skills who is looking for a lifestyle and business opportunity on the NSW Mid North Coast.
The successful candidate (individual or couple) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property including guest services, housekeeping coordination, maintenance, financial reporting, compliance, and relationships with owners and the body corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams
Maintain high presentation standards across apartments and common areas
Maximise occupancy and revenue via online travel agents (OTAs), direct bookings, and yield management
Liaise with the body corporate and ensure compliance with strata regulations
Handle supplier relationships, contractor scheduling, and operational budgeting
Use of Property Management Software (PMS) for bookings, guest records, and reporting
Provide leadership in customer service and maintain a strong reputation across review platforms
Requirements:
Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate or Strata Management Licence(or Restricted Letting Agent Licence)
Minimum 2 years' experience in property, hotel, or short-term accommodation management
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., RMS, Siteminder, or similar) and OTA platforms
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional, hands-on, and proactive approach
Ability to live on-site (preferred)
