**Full-Time Experienced Educator**

**Dashing Ducks Pre-School Croydon is looking for a passionate and experienced educator to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time position, where it is vital you can deliver high-quality education and care for the children. You will join an environment that creates a positive, friendly and supportive work culture for our educators to be comfortable and provide a safe place where children and educators can have fun, make friends, learn and grow in a happy environment.**
- **We are licensed to care for 73 children from 6 weeks to 6 years old.**:

- **We opened in February 2022 and more and more children are enrolling each day so we are now looking for more Educators to join our team.**

**What you will do**:

- **Plan, implement and evaluate engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.**:

- **Providing a stimulating, safe and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of children.**:

- **Demonstrate attention to detail in keeping accurate records and evaluating programs.**:

- **Building strong relationships with children and their families, fostering open communication and encouraging family involvement.**

**You will need**:

- _**ACECQA recognised Diploma, Cert III**_
- _**Experience working in the preschool room 3-5 years**_
- _**Fantastic teamwork skills**_
- _**Sound knowledge of National Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework.**_
- _**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**_
- _**A good level of computer literacy**_
- _**Current First Aid certificate with Asthma & Anaphylaxis training**_
- _**Current & valid CPR certificate - renewed yearly**_
- _**Child Protection training & refresher completed within the last 12 months**_
- _**Valid & Current Working With Children Check**_

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Croydon, NSW 2132: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
