Requirements
The TEM Lifting Operations Superintendent - Port Services Dampier enables TDSB to meet their customer and stakeholder operational requirements within TEM supply Chains Marine port facility in a safe and effective manner by managing resources mentoring the team and approving high risk work functions accordingly.
The key focus areas include:
Understanding the business imperatives set by the Key Customer Stake Holders (facilities Manager and Senior Logistics Managers) and engaging their team in the delivery of these imperatives.Optimising the delivery of port facility services provided to Stakeholders through the effective implementation of "fit for purpose" lifting systems and application of port facility management expertise both Land and Marine environments.Managing TEM Operational and commercial aspects of stevedoring and terminal operations to deliver value by understanding operational needs and offering technical lifting solutions to address these needs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Crane and Rigging HRWLExperience in Technical lift PlanningExperience in stevedoring and terminal operationsAbility to lead and manage teams to achieve exceptional performance.Extensive understanding of Supply Chain Management / Integrated Logistics, Transportation Systems and ManagementSound understanding of port terminal and supply Base operations.
