**About the Opportunity**

This is an exciting time to join our team, as we are in the process of a site upgrade.

We have a new Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Bench on the way, we have already taken delivery of our brand new 6m Manual lathe and that's just the start, more machines are on the way

You will be working a 9-day fortnight, with a team that is passionate about what they do located in Wallsend NSW 2287

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

- Strip, measure, inspect and report on all components
- Cleaning and preparing components
- Assemble and testing of cylinders
- Attend and participate in toolbox talks
- Ensuring a safe and tidy workspace is maintained.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you must possess;
- Relevant Trade qualification (essential)
- Experience stripping and rebuilding cylinders
- Experience working with Hydraulic
- Must be able to use internal and external micrometres
- Abilities to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Solid understanding of hydraulic cylinder clearances and tolerances
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and work with others
- Computer Skills
- Experience with fault finding and diagnostics (advantageous).
