About the Role: Configure and manage Intune for iOS device management, including enrollment settings, policy configurations, and app deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless device enrollment via Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP).
• Manage Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles.
• Deploy and manage iOS applications, including those purchased through ABM and those created using Intune's app wrapping tools.
• Configure app protection policies to protect corporate data on iOS devices.
• Implement and manage Intune's compliance policies to ensure devices meet organizational security requirements.
• Troubleshoot device and application issues related to Intune policies and configurations.
• Monitor device health and compliance status and take corrective action when necessary.
• Integrate Intune with other Microsoft services, such as Azure Active Directory, for authentication and authorization.
• Maintain detailed documentation of Intune policies, procedures, and configurations.
• Monitor Intune reports and dashboards to identify and resolve issues.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, specifically managing iOS devices.
• Strong understanding of iOS device management principles and best practices.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP).
• Experience with Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting device and application issues related to Intune policies and configurations.
• Experience with deploying and managing iOS applications, including those purchased through ABM and those created using Intune's app wrapping tools.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred). Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate – Certification will be preferred.
