WesTrac are currently looking for a **Project Support Supervisor** to join the Fleet Delivery Site Builds team to deliver and commit New Machines to various clients across the Pilbara.

Reporting to the **Branch Manager**, you will be responsible to plan, supervise and deliver HMS deliveries across multiple projects from start to finish, with the overall objective to ensure all projects are delivered within timeframes and to budget, while maintaining high quality, safety standards and customer expectations.

You'll be a driven, highly motivated and proactive individual who can provide positive customer interactions and can prioritise day-to-day tasks, with your ability to problem solve and meet daily challenges with efficiency. There will be a high level of stakeholder management required for this role, so strong attention to detail and communication skills are a must.

This position is offered as either 5/2 or 4/3 roster on a full-time permanent basis, with a variety of site travel required.

- A demonstrated commitment to safety
- Trade qualified with demonstrated mechanical and post trade experience.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
- Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage your workload and being able to prioritize accordingly.
- Advanced communication skills (Written, verbal and interpersonal).
- High attention to detail
