**Role responsibilities**:
- Provide advice and prepare reports, submissions, briefing notes, executive correspondence and policy documentation as required.
- Manage, monitor, and report on the progress of the project.
- Ensure the project is managed in accordance with the best practice guidelines and Queensland Health's formal project management approach to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved.
- Establish and maintain key project documentation and governance for the projects.
