Brookvale Minicrete is a leading provider of high-quality pre-mixed concrete, serving clients across the Sydney region. Located in the Northern Beaches, we are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Concrete Agitator Driver. This full-time role offers a diverse set of responsibilities, including loading, transporting, and delivering our concrete products to various customer sites. **As concrete work can be weather-dependent, there may also be opportunities for supplementary driving work for our BC Sands division in a MR Crane truck, as required.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily pre-operational checks on the concrete agitator vehicle.
- Transport pre-mixed concrete to customer sites, ensuring efficient product discharge.
- Safely operate the vehicle in accordance with road regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Complete necessary paperwork related to material collection and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness standards for the interior and exterior of the truck, especially at the end of the day.
- **Ad hoc driving for BC Sands division in a MR Crane truck may be required as supplementary work when concrete deliveries are weather-affected.**

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- A valid **Medium Rigid (MR) Manual Driver's License** is essential.
- **Forklift Licence** is required for loading and unloading duties.
- While a **White Card** is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
- Experience with operating a concrete agitator is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to maintaining health and safety standards at all times.
