Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Rigid (HR) licenced Driver to join our fleet of Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers. Working from various sites, you will load and deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer locations safely and efficiently.

This is an opportunity to work in a friendly team environment where your contributions will be valued. As a fixed-term role, you will interact with diverse customers and face new challenges daily.

You will ensure that customer orders are delivered effectively and meet high standards of quality and safety. With training provided, we can offer development opportunities for existing HR licence holders to become Agitator Drivers.

A key requirement for this role is delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating a commitment to health and safety. Flexibility and approachability are also essential, as you take pride in doing a good job.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Deliver concrete to client locations on time and in the required condition

- Monitor concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge process

- Complete basic documentation accurately and efficiently

- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met

- Maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition at all times

Requirements for Success

- Hold a current HR drivers licence and provide a driver's licence history check

- Previous experience driving a Concrete Agitator Truck is highly regarded

- Current white card certification

- A positive work ethic and sense of integrity for self-directed work

- Reliable teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
