**About the business**:
**DUST FLOWERS** is a boutique floral design studio located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Known for our exquisite arrangements and creative floral styling, we're proud to serve a growing client base of everyday customers, online shoppers, and our high-end clients.

Due to increasing demand, we're looking for a **talented and experienced florist** to join our dynamic team and contribute to the daily operations and creative direction of our beautiful shop.

**About the Role**:
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy a fast-paced, creative environment and love working with flowers and people. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing market-fresh flowers from start to finish
- Assisting with retail operations, including online orders and walk-ins
- Opening and closing the shop independently
- Supporting weddings, events, and large-scale floral installations
- Availability on weekends and special occasions is essential

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for an **EXPERIENCED SUPERSTAR FLORIST** with:

- A positive attitude and a proactive work ethic
- Confidence in customer-facing sales roles
- An outgoing personality and great communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A strong sense of colour, composition, and floral design
- Prior experience in retail and customer service
- **A valid driver's licence (essential)** - for deliveries and event setups.
