Stems and Roses, a vibrant cornerstone of the floral industry for over six years, is seeking a passionate and experienced Florist to join our team. As a cherished establishment, we pride ourselves on our exquisite floral designs and exceptional customer service.

The Role:
You will work alongside Diana, a experienced florist with more than 20 years of industry experience, to create stunning floral arrangements and enhance the beauty of every occasion. This role requires a proactive sales attitude to not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and arrange floral displays that captivate and delight our customers.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, containers, ribbons, and other accessories.
- Manage inventory and ensure the shop is abundantly filled with fresh flowers.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and ensure a smooth checkout process.
- Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of the shop.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in floristry, with a minimum of two years in the industry.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
- A creative eye for design and attention to detail.
- Excellent team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
