**About the role**
- (Please note that this is an SEO position ie not for developers.)_

The purpose of this position is to achieve agreed goals (boost sales, organic traffic and/or Google search rankings) via exciting and effective SEO activities on client websites.
- Design and deliver strategies such as keyword research, link building, optimising for mobile, website maintenance and edits
- Analyse website traffic data and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop, implement, track, report on rankings, and recommend improvements for marketing campaign KPIs that attract targeted audiences to client sites
- Collaborate across teams eg with content team, to produce relevant and engaging content
- Consistently stay up to date with new trends and algorithmic changes, able to brainstorm and evaluate new growth strategies and technologies

**About you**
- Experience: 2+ years SEO experience ie a strong understanding of SEO recommended practices (strategy, on/off-page), can track and analyse SEO performance to identify improvements, can lead/implement technical SEO audits, can research, educate, conduct tests and take initiatives on new SEO practices, considered an expert by others
- Technical: Great with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Google Business Profile optimisation - Pretty good with Wordpress/Shopify CMS, Magento, Neto (and any other CMS would be amazing) - Basic at Coding Languages (CSS, PHP. HTML, JS)
- Environment: Reasonable understanding of other digital marketing specialities eg SEM, CRO, CRM and digital advertising
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communications, strong collaborator, a real "people" person
- Organisation: Effective, organised, able to monitor progress and adapt quickly, can make quick decisions and set priorities, can identify opportunities for growth
