**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager leader to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis, covering the Bunbury - Busselton area. The Territory Manager reports to the Zone Manager, and will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

**The Accountabilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of 3 part time direct reports
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
- Contribute effectively as a member of the WA field team
- Effective management of your merchandiser budget
- Liaising with Key decision makers in store
- Occasional Interstate travel may be required

- An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results
- Superior customer focus challenging the status quo
- FMCG experience is desirable
- You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation and your forward planning skills will see you ahead of the game
- Microsoft Excel or SAP experience is desirable
- Ability to commit to overnight stays when required
