**You will bring along the following**:

- **Three to five years' experience as an HSE Advisor or in a similar role, preferably within the civil or road construction industry.**:

- **Strong background in safety, environmental, and quality management systems.**:

- **Proficiency with 3D Safety and other safety IT platforms is preferred.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.**:

- **Flexibility to work & living away from home.**:

- **Australian Driver's License and White card are essential.**

**The role will be responsible for**:

- **Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.**:

- **Ensure all workplace incidents are reported, thoroughly investigated and corrective actions implemented.**:

- **Lead and mentor delivery teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of safety systems and procedures.**:

- **Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and confidence of operators and staff.**:

- **Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.**:

- **Measure and report on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.**:

- **Assist with the ongoing development and enhancement of our Safety, Environment, and Quality Management System.**
