**Your new Opportunity**:
Reporting into the Senior Manager, HR Services, this role provides an amazing opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and successful team

As our HR Coordinator you will provide excellent support and advice by being the first point of contact for all HR queries and requests from our Stores and Corporate Offices across Australia and New Zealand.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the HR team in driving local and global HR strategies by working closely with the Australia and New Zealand Store and Corporate teams.
- Managing our HR systems (PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors etc.) and ensuring that all transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Producing and managing all employment contracts and other HR documentation.
- Developing and compiling HR reports on staffing levels, turnover, milestone awards etc. as required.
- Onboarding and offboarding of corporate office team members.
- Responsible for all HR administrative tasks
- Managing and owning the casual conversion process
- Maintaining employee records & ensuring the accuracy of our employee database including monitoring and ensuring accurate records of proof of working rights, VEVO checks, signed contracts etc.
- Expense tracking and invoice management.
- Ordering of HR supplies i.e. First aid kits, posters, badges etc.
- Assisting the HR team with projects as needed
- Supporting with Health & Safety and Risk Management policies and strategies for the corporate and store teams
- Any other relevant tasks as required

**About You**:
As a proactive HR Coordinator, that prides themselves on being agile & thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role will provide you with not only global exposure but will give you the chance to really make this role your own

As our new team member, you will demonstrate previous HR experience, exceptional communication skills, time management and have the ability to see no task as too big or too small.
- Experience in a similar role, and good basic knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or other Business-related degree and/or related qualifications desirable
- Passionate about developing your career in Human Resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and able to work with HR data to conduct analysis.
- Confident self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all dealings
- Team player who looks at the bigger picture and focuses on team success.
- Able to multi-task and manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient, and timely manner.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and able to work with HR data to conduct analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service skills.
