- Customer-facing role providing IT solutions to an existing client base
- Onsite parking available

While this is a client-facing role it will be essential for you to be comfortable presenting to an audience as you will also be responsible for training the sales team and department managers on the system capabilities to increase the fields overall capabilities to present solutions with current and potential customers.

**Within the role you will be required to**:

- Solid understanding of customer-facing system capabilities
- Developing an understanding of customers and vendors supply chain systems
- Use your extensive industry knowledge to assist in the development of technology solutions, plan implementation and monitor milestones to ensure on time product delivery.
- Onsite training for clients & vendors
- Liaise with internal and external networks regarding IT matters ensuring on time product delivery & integration.

**To be considered for the Role you must meet the following criteria.**
- Extensive Cargowise 1 knowledge is essential
- Solid freight forwarding industry experience (both import and export) essential
- Ability to learn and translate system capabilities and technology solutions
- Capacity to develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Have a current driver's license and own transport.
