Preschool Sports Coach Specialist

Deliver and grow sports programs for preschoolers across the Central Coast region.

This role requires collaboration with a Director to develop and implement multi-sport programs for young children.

The successful candidate will execute our Sports Tots curriculum, review and update coaching resources and tools, while maintaining relationships with Early Learning Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery

Execute our Sports Tots curriculum and review coaching resources to ensure delivery excellence.

Early Learning Centres

Maintain strong partnerships with Early Learning Centres, manage program schedules and programming, distribute educational resources.

Business Development

Develop business opportunities through collaborations with educators and leadership teams at existing centres, identify research new centres and create growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Enthusiastic personality

- Passionate about sport and child development

- Reliable and punctual

- Team player

- Must have an ABN and an Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC)

This role would suit individuals with experience in ELC or teaching backgrounds seeking additional hours or personal trainers looking for new opportunities.
