About The Role
The ideal candidate will help customers achieve the maximum value from their deployments, in collaboration with the Sales Director and Solutions Architect on the team.
This key member of our success team works closely with customers to understand their business needs and provides tailored solutions using dbt Cloud.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with customers to deliver successful deployments and onboarding experiences
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain customer success strategies
Identifying and addressing customer pain points through data-driven insights and recommendations
Developing and delivering training programs to ensure customer proficiency with dbt Cloud
We're seeking someone who is passionate about empowering data practitioners and driving business outcomes through analytics engineering. If you have experience working with data teams, are familiar with dbt Cloud, and possess excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
